These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Echo Catalogue website operated by Echonomics AI ("Echo," "we," "our," or "us") at echocatalogue.com. By accessing or using the Catalogue, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About the Echo Catalogue

Echo Catalogue is a curated discovery platform that surfaces products from independent businesses ("Sellers"). Echo is not a retailer or marketplace in the traditional sense — we are a catalogue and advertising rail. When you place an order, you are transacting with the individual Seller, not with Echo. Checkout is handled securely through Shopify's hosted checkout infrastructure.

The Catalogue is funded through Echo's advertising model: brands pay a commission only on sales that Echo's AI-driven campaigns directly drive. There are no listing fees or subscription costs to Sellers, and no hidden charges to shoppers.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this site. You may browse and purchase as a guest; no account registration is required. Cart and wishlist data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to our servers until you initiate checkout.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

All product listings, pricing, and availability are provided by Sellers. Echo displays this information in good faith but does not independently verify each listing. Order fulfillment — packing, shipping, and delivery — is the sole responsibility of the Seller.

By completing checkout through Shopify, you enter a purchase agreement directly with the Seller. Echo may facilitate that transaction but is not party to the contract of sale. Echo is not liable for fulfillment delays, carrier issues, or product defects beyond our reasonable efforts to mediate disputes.

4. Returns & Refunds

Most items in the Catalogue are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return eligibility and procedures are set by individual Sellers and may vary. To initiate a return, visit echocatalogue.com/help/returns or contact the Seller directly through the order confirmation you received.

Certain items — including perishables, intimate apparel, digital goods, and limited-release pieces — may be final sale. These are marked clearly on the product page.

5. Pricing & Promotions

Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Shipping is free on orders over $100; a flat rate applies to orders below that threshold. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Promotional codes (such as ECHO10) are single-use, non-transferable, and may be withdrawn at any time. They cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Echo reserves the right to cancel orders placed using invalid or fraudulently obtained codes.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute catalogue content without written permission
• Interfere with the site's operation or impersonate Echo, a Seller, or another user
• Submit fraudulent orders, charge-backs, or false return claims

7. Intellectual Property

The Echo Catalogue name, wordmark, logo, and site design are owned by Echonomics AI. Product images and descriptions belong to the respective Sellers and are used with their permission. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Catalogue is provided "as is" and "as available." Echo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any product listing, review, or other content. Product reviews reflect the opinions of individual users and are not endorsed by Echo.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echo's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Catalogue shall not exceed the amount you paid in the relevant transaction.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Catalogue contains links to third-party sites including Sellers' own websites, Shopify's hosted checkout, and echonomicsai.vercel.app. These sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Echo is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party site.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Catalogue after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via a banner on the site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
