Echonomics products: Free standard shipping (included in product price).
Other sellers: Free standard shipping on all orders $100 and over. Orders below that threshold incur a flat rate of $9.00.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not from the date of your order. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays.
Dispatch
Orders are fulfilled directly by each seller. Most sellers dispatch within 1–2 business days of receiving a confirmed order. During high-demand periods (sale events, new drops), dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a separate dispatch notification with tracking details once your package is on its way.
Tracking
A tracking number is included in your dispatch email. Use it directly on the carrier's website for real-time updates. If your tracking hasn't activated within 24 hours of receiving the dispatch email, wait one more business day — scans sometimes lag the actual pickup.

International shipping
International shipping rates and timelines are displayed at checkout and vary by destination and seller. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes assessed by their local authority — these are not included in the order total.
Incorrect address
Address corrections must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. After that window, the order may already be processed for dispatch. Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package hasn't arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the packaging and product.
