Returns policy.
We want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't right, we offer a straightforward 30-day return window on most items.
What can be returned
Items are eligible for a full refund if:
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
- The item is not listed as a final-sale or non-returnable product on its listing page.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items explicitly marked "Final sale" on the product page.
- Opened beauty, skincare, or personal care products.
- Underwear, swimwear, or items with hygiene seals removed.
- Digital goods or downloadable products.
- Perishable or consumable goods.
How to start a return
Email support@echocatalogue.com with:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email).
- The item(s) you'd like to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
We'll respond within 1 business day with a return authorisation and prepaid shipping label (US orders only). International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued. Depending on your card or bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, item arrived damaged, etc.).
Exchanges
We don't process exchanges directly. If you need a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest turnaround and accurate stock availability.
Defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We'll resolve it at no cost to you — full refund or replacement, your choice.
